You don’t want to be stressed out looking for necessary documentation or delayed because you don’t have a crucial piece of info. 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️

So, if you’re thinking about buying this year, let’s get you organized!

When applying for a mortgage and starting the buying process, you’ll need the following info –

  • Proof of employment or documentation for those self-employed
  • Bank statements and financial records
  • Proof of income and pay stubs
  • Tax returns for the past two years
  • Personal info, like your social security number and I.D.
  • A record of debts & assets
