When applying for a mortgage and starting the buying process, you’ll need the following info –
- Proof of employment or documentation for those self-employed
- Bank statements and financial records
- Proof of income and pay stubs
- Tax returns for the past two years
- Personal info, like your social security number and I.D.
- A record of debts & assets
