Meet Christina

Christina Branham is a Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Jim Henry & Associates in Kingston, Tennessee, and the driving force behind the CBSELLSIT brand. Licensed since 2005, she quickly became a Million Dollar Producer with the Knoxville Association of REALTORS® and has gone on to earn the Knoxville Association of REALTORS® Silver Award of Excellence, be voted “Best Real Estate Agent” by Roane County News readers, and be recognized as a long-time top producer in Roane County.
 
In 2024, Christina was honored as Woman of the Year by the Roane Chamber and Roane County Industrial Development Board, recognizing both her real estate success and her impact on local business and community development. She now serves on the Roane County Industrial Development Board, lending a real estate and small-business perspective to county-wide economic growth efforts.
 
Within the Coldwell Banker family of companies, Christina wears several hats. She is the Property Manager for Jim Henry Vacation Rentals, overseeing a portfolio of luxury lakefront and short-term rentals, and the Managing Event Coordinator/Director for The Jim Henry Event Center, a historic Kingston venue where she helps clients create weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings with warm, East Tennessee hospitality.
 
Christina is also deeply rooted in civic leadership. A past two-year President of the Rotary Club of Harriman, she continues to serve on the club’s board and recently helped launch and induct the new Interact Club at Harriman High School, mentoring the next generation of service-minded students. She additionally serves on the City of Harriman’s Temperance Committee, helping steward the town’s unique heritage as “the Town Temperance Built,” and remains active with the Cornstalk Heights Community Organization, including leadership roles with the Cornstalk Heights Christmas Tour.
 
Christina lives with her family in Harriman’s historic Cornstalk Heights district, where her personal and professional worlds overlap—hosting events, supporting local businesses, championing historic preservation, and helping clients find (or invest in) their own “home sweet home” across Roane County and the greater East Tennessee area.
