Agent vs Zillow
🤳 It’s so tempting to download an app or head online and look at homes for sale.
You might even have Zillow on your phone right now, (I get it!)
And that’s ok… but I don’t recommend you start your home search on these sites or rely on them solely when buying a home.
Here’s why –
- Saving homes won’t get you closer to being a homeowner. If you’re not paying cash, we need to start with getting you pre-approved for a mortgage. That way, you know your budget and won’t waste time looking at homes that aren’t right for you.
- While you can set “filters” for your home search, an expert can guide you to the latest listings that better match your needs.
You might see on the app that a home looks perfect for you! But the sites don’t know that there’s a development planned nearby that’s going to result in more traffic and add time to your commute.
A pro agent knows not just what to look for in a home but also in the area.
